Independent curator, manager and producer and music promoter, occasionally translator, copywriter, editor and freelance journalist. Since 1999 he was the author and collaborator on numerous projects in Serbia and abroad, from the domains of contemporary music, art education, visual culture and related fields. He was the initiator and artistic director of the festivals “Dis-patch” (2002-2010) and “+++” (2015). He took part at many festivals and conferences dedicated to music and independent culture in the Balkan region, Europe, USA and Canada – as a guest curator or artistic director, performer, lecturer, panelist or as a member of the organizational team. Dejana Baltes (Serbia)
Community Youth Worker, Teacher, Systematic Family Psychotherapist and NLP Master. Over ten years of experience in the civil sector, she worked as a trainer with children and young people, by various groups, implementing programs related to youth and community development. She gained her international experience as a volunteer as a one year long term volunteer at the Corrymeela Conflict Resolution Center, Northern Ireland, UK. At the Center for Local Democracy, the civil society organization in Subotica from 2010 to 2013, as the coordinator of youth programs, she planned, conducted and evaluated various of workshops and trainings for young people, monitored the work of foreign volunteers and mentors (EVS), implemented programs within the Youth in Action Erasmus +. She led the process of lobbying and the establishment of a Local Youth Office and was appointed as first Coordinator of the Youth Office of the City of Subotica in local government (2013-2017).
She is currently working on the project Novi Sad – Youth Capital of Europe – OPENS 2019 as a Youth Coordinator. She is a member of the KOMS training base and the Tempus Foundation from Belgrade. Beside her current work she also does family psychotherapy and counseling. She lives and works in Novi Sad.

She is a founder and director of the Center for Moms, an organization advocating for moms rights. Nikoleta Kosovac (Serbia)
She is a doer, not a talker when it’s about fighting for the rights of marginalized groups of people. She graduated at the Philology faculty in Belgrade, at the department for Scandinavian languages and literatures. She always wanted to develop something that she believed into and that is how she entered the world of social entrepreneurship and started to develop LICEULICE, the first street paper in Serbia, together with small group of CSOs and individuals.
